You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Email us at averique.nl@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons) are final sale unless defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
